Q: What methods of payments do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards processed by PayPal’s Express Checkout
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards processed by Squarespace payments (powered by Stripe)
  • Apple Pay

Q: How long does it take to process an order and when does my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the order placement unless otherwise notified via e-mail.


Q: How long will your shipping/delivery take?

This depends on your location and the courier that we use. We are based in New York and we use the most common couriers available (FedEx, UPS and USPS) for most of our deliveries.

We cannot make any guarantee as this is out of our control, but as a rough estimate, their parcel delivery services usually take between 2-6 business days from the time we send the parcel to them. Unless otherwise notified, once your order has been shipped out, you will be provided with a tracking ID that you can use to track your shipment.

Q: Do you provide express shipping?

Yes, we do offer express shipping on all orders. The shipping fee will be calculated during checkout.

Q: Where do you ship to?

We ship to any country in the world. We are based in New York; therefore, shipping domestically to the 50 states generally will be faster than shipping to other countries.

Q: Do I need a user account to purchase your products?

No, you do not need an account to purchase our products. However, there are benefits to

having an account with us, as we may e-mail you occasional sales discounts on our products.

Q: Do you store my credit card information?

No we do not store your credit card information. You will need to enter it each time you want to make a purchase.

Q: Is your website secure?

We are using HTTPS protocol with SSL Certificate provided by Squarespace to power and secure our e-commerce website. The checkout page and process is also secured through SSL.

Product Care

Q: How do I take care of the products?

To maintain product usability:

  • Machine wash (gentle)
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry, low heat
  • Do not iron
  • Do not dry clean

Q: Do I need to wash your products before using?

The manufacturing facilities that make our products are all medical grade clean rooms. You can confidently open our sterile packaging and use the products on the spot. Like all other wash cloths and towels on the market, ours needs to be washed after use in order to maintain the cleanliness of the product. 

Q: Can I use your products for my entire family?

You don’t have to be a baby to enjoy the benefits of our products. They are especially great for anyone with sensitive skin – like a baby’s. And hey, why not share?


Q: Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store at the moment. We may plan on opening one in the future, but as of now we look forward to continue serving you with first class customer service on our website.

Q: Can I purchase your products elsewhere other than your website?
